These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Naty Nails Academy website (https://natynailsacademy.com) and all online educational products offered by Natalia Dulghieru, a self-employed business owner operating in California, USA, under the brand name Naty Nails Academy.
2. Acceptance
By purchasing or accessing any course, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3. Course Access
Course access is provided for six (6) months from the date of purchase. An initial extension may be granted free of charge at the sole discretion of Naty Nails Academy. Future extensions may require payment of the renewal fee in effect at that time.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe and/or PayPal.
5. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the course, no refunds, exchanges, or partial refunds are provided once access has been granted, unless required by applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property
All videos, PDFs, text, graphics, photographs, audio, logos, and other course materials are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of Natalia Dulghieru / Naty Nails Academy.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not share your account, record the screen, copy, download, reproduce, upload, distribute, resell, teach from, or publish any part of the course without prior written permission.
8. Termination
Naty Nails Academy reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access without refund if these Terms are violated.
9. Educational Disclaimer
The course is provided for educational purposes only. Individual results depend on each student’s skills, experience, practice, and application of the techniques. No guarantee of business success, income, or specific results is made.
10. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a course, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
11. Privacy

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
