1. Purpose
This Refund & Course Access Policy explains the rules governing payments, refunds, course access, renewals, and account use for all online courses offered by Naty Nails Academy.

2. Digital Product
All courses sold by Naty Nails Academy are digital educational products delivered immediately after successful payment.

3. No Refund Policy
Because immediate access to digital content is provided, all purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges, credits, or partial refunds are available after course access has been granted, except where required by applicable law.

4. Before Purchasing
Customers are responsible for reviewing the course description, curriculum, technical requirements, and access period before completing their purchase.

5. Course Access
Each purchase includes six (6) months of access beginning on the date the account is activated.

6. Renewal
An initial extension of access may be granted free of charge at the sole discretion of Naty Nails Academy. Future renewals may require payment of the renewal fee in effect at that time.

7. Personal License
Course access is licensed to one individual only. Sharing login credentials or allowing other people to access the account is strictly prohibited.

8. Suspension or Termination
If account sharing, piracy, unauthorized recording, copying, downloading, or distribution is detected, access may be suspended or permanently terminated without refund.

9. Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems accessing the course, please contact support. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access as quickly as possible.

10. Payment Disputes
Initiating an unjustified chargeback after receiving course access may result in immediate account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
